 TRACY GAUDIANO
When Tracy Gaudiano graduated from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst with a B.A. in Fashion Marketing, she never guessed that she’d find her perfect career “fit” in the oil industry. The Swampscott, Mass. native began working at Fawcett Oil 12 years ago as a part-time telemarketer. “It became a fun, lucrative job,” said Tracy, who quickly progressed to handling outside sales.
A true people-person who can talk to anyone and remember details that make a difference, Tracy was a natural at sales.
Recognizing her ability to keep her customer base happy while expanding the business through new accounts, Red appointed her Manager of South Shore Fuel. This was immediately following the acquisition of Bar Fuel and E&J Oil three years ago. “At the time, we were working out of Pam Rowell’s basement in Weymouth,” she recalled. “We’ve grown a lot since then.” Tracy currently oversees South Shore Fuel at its new location: next door to the Citgo terminal in Braintree.
Tracy also belongs to the Quintree Chapter of Business Network International (BNI), a dynamic group of professionals that grow each other’s businesses through referrals. A self-proclaimed “North Shore chick turned South Shore by marriage,” Tracy lives in Quincy with her husband, Fran, and their sons, Ben, four, and Harry, their newborn. Whether she’s hitting the ski slopes, enjoying a day at the beach or taking care of business at the office, Tracy is a “dynamo” at what she does!
